Well i’m back from my New Years trip to Tignes in France. It was good although the conditions for the first 4-5 days were really icy which led to a sore arse, this combined with legs which burned after just a few minutes down any run(after a few days) led to me only boarding about 4 out of the 8 days. Even this was good considering it was my first trip since breaking my leg and still only about seven months recovery time. I need to do a bit of work for my next trip… After that it dumped loads which was great for everyone arriving as we left! Check out the pictures here

It took a while but i have managed to upload my pictures from the last part of my trip, east coast Australia. There are pictures from Port Macquarie up to Fraser Island where my trip came to its untimely end. You can see them here, and if you want to see what i did to my leg go here. It sounds like porn but its not! The Goodwood Festival of Speed is where loads of people go to a stately home somewhere near Southampton to check out loads of fast cars and bikes. You can get up really close to all the cars in the pit area, and then watch as they compete to see who can be the fastest along a single lane road up a hill. The cars ranged from classic’s from the early 1900’s, through to this seasons F1 cars. Watching the F1 drivers doing burnouts and flying along the road was amazing, and the sound was incredible. Loads of the guys from Australia met up at Darrens place in Southampton for the weekend (Me, Daz, Stu, Nade, Rich, Mart, Kaz, Mich, Lou). Everyone had a good time although im not sure if everyone remembers because of the excessive drinking. The weather was amazing and there were a few red faces by the time we all left. It was my first time out properly without the crutches and i think i over did it on the Friday as i spent the rest of the weekend recovering.
